The SWTOR Jedi Knight is very fun and entertaining class to play. This class is the heart of the Jedi Order, having spent more than 20,000 years of protecting the Republic. The Jedi Knight plays many roles, being guerrilla fighters, warriors, and generals.
Should you choose to embark on the journey with this class; you will start on the planet of Tython. When unlocking the advanced classes, you will be able to choose from a Jedi Sentinel and a Jedi Guardian.Each of these classes are very well built and maintained and have huge benefits.
The Jedi Sentinel plays the role of a Melee DPS and wears medium armor. Playing as this class will produce mostly dual light sabers as a weapon of choice. The Sentinel strikes with speed and precision against its enemy.
Playing as the Sentinel will offer you (3) three skills to learn: Watchman, Combat, and Focus. The Sentinel uses mostly Focus and Control for its skills.
While in combat, this class has been able to use the dual light sabers for speed to find flaws in the enemies fighting skills. The Sentinel will deliver damage mostly through light saber strikes but does possess several other striking powers like the Force Leap.
Playing with the Jedi Guardian means that you let the fight come to you and are not as aggressive. The Guardian uses Heavy armor and is can successfully be used as a Tank or Melee DPS. The Guardian uses a light saber for a primary weapon like the Sentinel.
While wearing heavy armor, the Guardian is able to build energy which helps the Guardian conduct sweet skills. The (3) three skills mentioned are Vigilance, Focus, and Defense.
The Guardian, being an ideal role for team environments makes for a perfect aggro for enemies. Being able to take on multiple enemies at once enables him to take care and protect his team mates as well. This class is highly dependable if built right.
The SWTOR Jedi Knight stands for peace although this is not a class to mess around with. Because they are strong in wisdom, this class will likely be known as a Hero and nothing less.
When in the midst of a large fight, it is important to have a Jedi Knight available if possible. Being able to lead a team with massive fire power and being able to take on large amounts of damage while protecting his team makes this class the perfect leader.
The SWTOR Jedi Knight offers (5) species which are Human, Twi'lek, Mirialan, Zabrak, and Miraluka.
